Appointments  

Please arrive in plenty time for your appointment. All appointments will end within the time the client has reserved so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied. All times stated include room and client preparation which is roughly 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment.

 

If it is your first appointment at the salon please arrive 10 minutes before your booking to complete a personal consultation card which is used for treatment purchases only and is totally confidential. 
 

Cancellation Policy 

24 hours notice is required for all cancellations, otherwise 50% of the total treatment price will be charged. Cancellations should be made by calling 0208 399 4753 or info@thebeautyroomsurbiton.co.uk 
 

Gift Vouchers 

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. As a gesture of good will gift vouchers will be accepted after 6 months from date of purchase for 50% of the value of the voucher up to a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months of date of purchase gift vouchers will not be accepted. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and can only be used to purchase beauty treatments or products from within The Beauty Room.  Please advise at the time of booking if you are using a gift voucher as your payment method and provide the voucher number so we can check the validity. Our cancellation policy above applies to all bookings made for clients paying by gift voucher. 
 

Prices 

We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice. 
 

Retail Purchases 

We do not provide credit and salon products must be paid for in full at time of purchase. 
 

Data Security 

Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We do not sell or gift your personal information to any other organisation 
 

Medical Conditions 

Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. 
 

Cleanliness 

We are inspected annually by The Royal Borough of Kingson upon Thames on renewal of our Special Treatments Licence. Our sterilisation equipment is approved by the said borough and we only use new sterilised disposable needles for each client.  
 

Payment 

We accept most credit and debit Cards including American Express and cash or cheque. All prices include value added tax at a current rate. 
 

Patch Testing 

Patch testing required for clients who have never had eyelash tinting. 
 

Personal Items 

We cannot be held responsible for your personal items or loss of personal items whilst you are on the premises.
