If you get irritated when we can’t accommodate your treatment at the time you want, imagine how we feel when someone fails to arrive, “If only they had phoned to cancel, we could have phoned you.” Due to the increased number of no shows and last minute cancellations we are experiencing, unfortunately we have to introduce a cancellation policy of 24 hours notice, otherwise we reserve the right to charge 50% against the cost of the treatment.
